Working out in the heat?

Going to be working outside this summer?

Here's how to stay cool and get Your work done.

This is a useful tip I discovered the hard way.

Get a decent size cooler and throw in a bag of ice. Add about 3-4 inches of water and a wash cloth.

Whenever it starts to get really hot and you need a break, use the washcloth on your face, head and arms to cool yourself down.

It also helps to keep a dry towel close at hand to dry off as well.
This can make the difference between getting your lawn work or job done, or putting yourself in bed with heat stroke.

Here's to keeping cool...!

Wishing you a happy and healthy home,

Mike Wreggitt
